If you and your wee one aren’t completely thrilled with your pēpi products, please let us know. Warranty is extended to the original owner of the product only, and proof of purchase must be supplied.
- All goods are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 14 days from the date of purchase.
- At our discretion, we will organise a replacement and will cover associated postage costs.

- Shrinkage in natural fibres
- Accidental damage on nappy: PUL delamination from high temperature washing, excessive sun damage through drying, tumble drying
- Accidental damage on inserts: via non-compliant wash routines, washing above 60 degrees, soaking, nappy barrier cream, fabric softeners, bleach, detergents containing: whiteners, dyes, perfumes, essential oils, vinegar, natural soaps.
- Any type of modification such as cutting, stitching, removing aspects etc. (including the care label)
- Excessive wear and tear

1. Please email us and provide pictures if declaring a manufacturing fault or order error within 3 days of receiving your order.
2. Please return items in original, undamaged and unused condition. If we have made a mistake with your order or the items are faulty then we will cover return postage costs where applicable. Please contact us for return postage address.
3. Refunds will be paid via electronic bank transfer.
4. We cannot offer a replacement or exchange on any item that was discounted or a limited-edition item that has sold out.
5. We cannot honour returns for items purely due to change of mind.
Washing, drying and maintenance that differs from our care instructions will void the warranty. We accept no liability from any damage caused by use of varied washing, drying or other maintenance on our products.
